I have been a frequent visit to plant nurseries, since growing up on an orchard and market garden, and Oyster Harbour Landscape Supplies is my absolute favourite. The staff leave me and my German Shepherd, Truffles, alone to browse through their massive range of roses and fruit trees but are quick to come to the counter when we're ready to buy.Yesterday, the owner, Grant, gave me invaluable information that will help me manage problems in my citrus orchard.Everyone in Albany carries trees from the same wholesaler, but at this nursery they are very well priced, considering the size and quality of the trees. I have been driving from nursery to nursery for months to compare them and the trees here are definitely the best value in Albany.If there is a fault, it's that this nursery doesn't seem to advertise widely enough. I found it totally by accident, after wasting money at other places.However, it's obvious that these nursery (wo)men really care about every plant they sell. It's awesome, but so addictive.
