I have had several excellent orders through this entity, but they really made a mess of my 2018 Valentines order. Flowers delivered were nothing like advertised - ugly! Edit: new manager responded to this review and made good on their promise to redeliver. Satisfied with the service do recommend.

Thoroughly impressed with The Little Posy Company from order to delivery. Beautiful looking and super easy to use website, making product selection straight forward and super simple checkout process. Bonus points for afterpay checkout option. Made a mistake on the delivery details and contacted customer services who were very polite, helpful and above all, quick on the response. Same day delivery super handy and delivered with care with great delivery status notifications and tracking.The missus loved the flowers and they picked a great bunch. I made 2 online orders just before 12:30pm and they were delivered to both addresses by 3:30/4:00pm on the same day as promised. Both were delivered and presented very nicely and I was very impressed with the prompt service. Would not hesitate to use again when I need some flowers delivered.

I just received a bunch of flowers for my birthday. I will be informing my friend who ordered them not to order from them again. They look like a bunch of old weeds. Very disappointing. They will be in the bin once I have shown my friend. I do not recommend at all.
